Over 20 years of experience in investment banking

Former Co-Head of IBD and Managing Director at China Renaissance, former Managing Director of IBD at J.P. Morgan

Bachelor of Economics from Connecticut College, MBA from Columbia Business School

Mr. Diao co-founded hedge fund Parantoux Capital focusing on overseas secondary markets in early 2016, then he started Paradigm later the same year.

 

Prior to establishing Paradigm, Mr. Diao was Co-Head of IBD at China Renaissance and responsible for core business relations and leading the development and business operation of China Renaissance’s investment banking division. Prior to joining China Renaissance, Mr. Diao was the Managing Director of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, overseeing investment banking activities for TMT clients in China. Mr. Diao has a deep insight on TMT and consumer goods industry in China.

 

Mr. Diao started his investment banking career in the U.S. with Credit Suisse First Boston in 1997.

Mr. Zhong is the Partner and Managing Director of Paradigm. He has more than 14 years of consulting, investment banking and direct investment experience. He served in major international firms and local companies, in terms of strategic consulting, investment banking and corporate finance, and has extensive experience on domestic and international capital market financing, cross-border investment and M&A in TMT and  Entertainment Industry.

Master of Finance from University College of London

Ms. Shi is the Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Paradigm. She has more than 7 years of investment banking experience in J.P. Morgan and Royal Bank of Scotland and has extensive deal experience of US IPO, HK IPO, sell-side M&A  advisory, and buy-side M&A advisory in a broad range of industry sectors.

 

Prior to joining Paradigm, Ms. Shi was the Vice President of Cogtu Technologies, an artificial intelligence company and had an in-depth understanding of startup and company operations, helping to better serve the enterprises in the new economy.

Mr. Yeh is Partner and Managing Director of Paradigm.  He has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking, asset management and private equity.  Prior to Paradigm Mr. Yeh started his investment banking career in sales and trading before managing ultra-high investment division at UBS and Coutts in both public and private investments.

JOHNNY JIANG

Over 8 years of experience in PE/VC investment and investment banking

J.P. Morgan IBD, IDG, GSR GO Scale Capital and Good Resources (HKEx 109)

Bachelor of Economics and Mathematics from University of Michigan

Mr. Jiang is currently responsible for capital markets transactions and M&A advisory business. Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Jiang served as a Vice President at GSR GO Scale Capital and Good Resources (HKEx 109). He worked on several cross-border transactions with industry leading companies in North America, Europe and Asia and led investment in several high-tech companies. He also served as associate in IDG Capital, where he mainly covered Energy/Alternative Energy/TMT sector. Prior to his investment career, Mr. Jiang worked in investment banking division at J.P. Morgan, where he participated in a series of capital market transactions.
